Formerly named Gale Literary Sources, Artemis Literary.
- Dictionary of Literary Biography (Gale Literature) This link opens in a new windowBiographical and critical essays covering over 12,000 (mostly) American and British authors. Essays range from 10-20 pages long and include lengthy suggested readings. You'll find lengthy info in here on Stoker, Tolkien, Saramago, and O'Brien (be sure to put the ' in his name, it makes a difference in the results!), and the poets Hughes, Milosz, Levertov, Neruda, Machado, Reed, Garcia Lorca, Sassoon, Owen and Alexie.
