How can I print something out?

All of the computers in the JFK Library are networked to the print stations on every floor. When you click the Print button on the computer, a window pops up asking you to name your print job. You may call it anything, and you can use the same name – it’s just to distinguish your print job versus someone else’s. Go to the closest print station and swipe your EagleCard.  You can pay for printing using either your $9/quarter print credit or your EagleFlex funds. Click on your job, and click the Print button. Printing is 5 cents a page, 7 cents for double-sided printing.

Where can I put money on my EagleCard for printing and photocopying?

In JFK Library, there’s a Flex account machine next to the photocopiers on the main level. You may add cash to your existing Flex account. If you have not started a Flex account, go on EagleNET and activate your Flex account. If you want to put money from your credit card onto your Flex account, you can only do that at the EagleCard Office in Tawanka.

If you are not a student, you can purchase a blank card for $2. $1 is for the card, and it will have $1 on it.

Do you have any scanners?

The scanners in the JFK Library are located in the computer area near the Lower Level Service Desk (close to the printer) and on the Main Level next to the photocopiers.  Students can print (prices the same as mentioned on this page), save to their NetStorage & email their scans.

Where are the photocopiers?

In JFK Library, they are located on the main level. Hang a right just past the Circulation Desk. To print from the photocopies, you can use money from your $9 print credit or your Flex account.  Or you can scan and save to a thumb drive.

Cost:

  • $0.07 per black/white one-sided copy
  • $0.14 per black/white duplex copy
  • $0.50 per color one-sided copy
  • $1.00 per color duplex copy

If you are not a student, you can purchase a blank card for $2. $1 is for the card, and it will have $1 on it.
