When you click on one of the library's online resources from off-campus, the following window appears.

Type in your your NetID username and password. This username/password is the same one that you use to log into in order to set up your Eagles e-mail account. This is not your EagleNET account for class registration.

If you don't know what your username/password is, then go to accounts.ewu.edu.

If you have problems, contact the Tech-Eze student tech support at 509-359-6411.

You'll need to create an Interlibrary Loan account to request articles and other materials that are not available online.

Articles will be sent electronically, unless you specify otherwise.

When creating your account, be sure that:

• Preferred Book, DVD Delivery Method is Mail to Distance Education
• Pickup Location is Distance Ed Location
