Articles about Public Relations

Try our major business databases for articles from public relations magazines and journals.

Articles on Any Topic

Below are links to the two major databases for finding a wide variety of articles on any topic.

  • If you really want newspaper or magazine articles, try ProQuest Central.
  • If you're more interested in scholarly articles on your issue, try Academic Search Complete.
  • If you don't like the results, email me and I'll give you more database suggestions.

Find Books

Looking for books on public relations itself?

The subject heading is the same -- "public relations". Can browse HD 59, though some are in HM 1221, a social psychology section. (There are some in HM 263, but all of these are older books, in a call number area no longer being assigned.)

On writing for marketing/public relations?

Try this search query -- "public relations" (writing OR authorship)

On graphic design or layout?

Try this search query -- "graphic design" OR "graphic arts" OR "visual design" [any other keywords]
