Non-SSO Class Login Directions for Library Databases Do not use the EWU SSO student, faculty, staff login box for Non-SSO access. Use the Community Cardholders Login Link (see image below). For general troubleshooting tips, click on this Directions link, otherwise carefully read the information below. Login credentials are case sensitive and check that you have typed in the username and password properly before pressing the enter button on your keyboard to avoid being locked out of the system. If you mistype the credentials more than three times, the system will block access for a full 15 minutes for all who are trying to use these credentials. Login credentials are confidential, school and class-specific, and expire each quarter.
