Access Databases
When you click on one of the library's online resources from off-campus, the following window appears.
Type in your your NetID username and password. This username/password is the same one that you use to log into in order to set up your Eagles e-mail account. This in not your EagleNET account for class registration.
If you don't know what your username/password is, then go to accounts.ewu.edu.
If you have problems, contact the IT Help Desk support at 509-359-2247.
Online Training Modules

Try the "Search for Evidence Module" to get detailed research advice (requires registration) or just scan the "Search for Evidence Module Outline" at the bottom of the page for a quick overview of the process.
Set Up Interlibrary Loan Account
You'll need to login to Interlibrary Loan to request articles and other materials that are not available online.
Articles will be sent electronically, unless you specify otherwise.
When creating your account, be sure to change the following default options:
- Campus is Spokane Academic Library(just delete "Cheney" and type it in)
- Pickup Location is Spokane Academic Library
Lastly, create a Username and Password for yourself, so you don't have to fill in personal information every time you request something.
