Computer Assistance at JFK Library

JFK Library provides access to collections, facilities, services, and technology including computers to the public on a limited basis.

Library computers are primarily intended for course-related research. Library staff, faculty, and student workers are here to provide information and services to support the academic and research needs of EWU students, faculty, and staff, as well as to the general public. However, service to EWU-affiliated patrons is our priority.

JFK Library dedicates two computers to community use. They are located on the Main Level directly behind the Reference desk and are designated by a sign.

The Library does not impose any time limits on community computer use, however, during busy times, community users may be asked to give up computers to EWU patrons.

Members of the general public needing assistance with computers other than for access to library collections and resources can find information on general computer skills in this guide.

This guide links to free online training, instruction, and information to help build skills.

Computer Assistance at Area Libraries

Public computers are also available at the Cheney Branch of Spokane County Library District, other District branches, and Spokane Public Libraries.
