Histories & Guidebooks

If you want to find histories of philosophy, Routledge has published such a series.  To find it, do a title search in the catalog for the following: Routledge history of philosophy.  There are multiple volumes that start with the ancient Greek philosophers and progress chronologically to the 20th century.

Routledge also has guidebooks to philosophy.  You can do a title search in the catalog: Routledge philosophy guidebook.  The results will show you all of the ones available.  If you'd like to limit down to a particular philosopher or topic, then simply enter that person or topic into the keyword box and redo the search.

Example:  Routledge philosophy guidebook (title) AND Descartes (keyword) = 1 result (Routledge Philosophy Guidebook to Descartes and the Meditations).
