There are millions of entries for articles in the EWU Library Catalog, but to limit to scholarly articles, click Peer-reviewed journals under Availability on the left side. The default is to limit to the articles we have full-text. To broaden your search and include articles you can request via Interlibrary Loan, click the box "Include Results with No Full Text" in the upper left corner.

Your person is probably affiliated with particular organizations, as you will discover as you do your research. Just google the name of the organization to find their homepage, then explore the site to locate a report or an extensive webpage on a relevant topic to your person.
