OER Commons currently includes open educational materials in broad subject areas. Materials include lesson plans, textbooks, activities, assessments, readings, and more.

YouTube makes it very easy to link to and share videos.

Looking for videos to download or remix? After you have done a keyword search, click Filter to narrow your results, such as if the video is licensed under Creative Commons. But there is no method of downloading a video within YouTube. Look in the description for who created the video and go to their website to possibly find a downloadable version.

"Launched in 2007, the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences' OER initiative enables departments and individual faculty to provide resources free-of-charge under a Creative Commons license. As long as they adhere to the license, teachers and learners around the world are free to download, remix, translate, localize, and make these materials their own. In 2021, the college’s OER website was adopted by the University to become ROAM, the University’s Repository for Open and Affordable Materials, supported by the University Libraries."
