Help with Citation Styles

Following are some third-party sources of advice for using individual citation styles, including examples.

RefWorks

Open Source Citation Software

Following are some citation management programs provided for free on the Internet.  These are generally not as full-featured as a proprietary system like RefWorks, and may offer little or no technical support, but they are often easier to use for minor projects.

Note that citations created by any software program should be checked against the appropriate style manual (e.g. Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association) for completeness and accuracy.
