If you don't know the name of a specific database and want recommendations, then you can go to the appropriate Research Guides by subject. These guides will also tell you who is your library liaison.
If you want to see if we have access to a particular database, then you can browse our Databases A-Z list.
Want access to more databases? If you would like to gain access to WSU's databases, then you can visit the WSU Health Sciences Library in Spokane. It's located at 600 N Riverpoint Blvd in the Academic Center (Room 230). Their hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5pm. Individuals unaffiliated with the university, but who live in the area, are invited to register for community patron library cards at the library’s circulation desk with photo ID and proof of mailing address (such as a piece of mail). There are several computers on the 2nd floor (near the circulation desk) which are available for anyone to use to access WSU's electronic resources.
All of our databases may be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet using your EWU Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. When you click on the link for one of our electronic resources, an EWU SSO log-in screen will appear. Follow these steps to log-in:

*Note: Sometimes if the article is available from a journal vendor, then the link may not bring you directly to the full text of the article. Instead, it will drop you on the top page of the journal's home page and you have to find the article using the citation information (volume, issue & page number) or by date.
